Day Four had to be broken into several posts - too many pictures, Blogger choked on them! Our first order of business once we arrived at Sea World San Diego was to make a beeline for the Dolphin Encounter area, as we had a reservation for Esme and Jim to encounter a dolphin! It wasn't long before they were introduced to Cortez, a playful young boy dolphin who was happy to show them the ropes. :)

Esme was a little tentative about touching the raw fish, but she eventually warmed to the task once she realized how much Cortez would love her if she gave him fishies. :)
