Esme got her first two-wheeler! She is doing pretty well with it, but is afraid to ride downhill because she's not used to the back-up brakes yet.
Aidan and Esme spent a fair amount of time at Grandma and Grandpa's house wearing Grandma's new rubber work boots. They come up above Esme's knees, so she can barely walk in them!
The kids spent a lot of time wandering through Grandpa's woods. They walked the A & E Trail, and around the perimeter of the woods so they could see the fields.
This spot is a particular favorite - it's the highest point of the property, and you can see a long way. Plus, the neighboring farmer has planted winter wheat, so the kids enjoy checking on it to see how it's growing.
